Short description: This weekend workshop will help language educators learn to present intercultural and global issues in the classroom. Saturday's workshop will focus on teaching intercultural communication: learning goals, key concepts, sample activities and teaching materials.

Intercultural Education Praxis Seminar (day 1 of 2)

Location: Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture
Short description: This is a wonderful opportunity for you to exchange new knowledge, information, and ideas about intercultural communication. Every year at the seminar, participants share their ideas for intercultural education and training with each other, and have an opportunity to introduce videos, exercises, simulations and other materials at a presentation session (20 minutes for each person).

Short description: Whether you want to teach delivery skills to students, or improve your own, this session has something for you. Speech courses often require students to make several presentations on different topics.
