Short description: This session is a practical session aimed at getting several members to design a poster to present their own materials or teaching idea. A poster might typically be about eight A4 sheets mounted on a cardboard poster sheet with diagrams/texts arranged in a way that provides a rationale and examples of the materials.

Short description: The TOEIC test appears to be gaining in popularity each year but some teachers do not know very much about it or how it can be approached. In the first half of the talk the presenters will share their experiences of teaching TOEIC focusing on various classroom strategies, and highlighting some key problem areas (for example, teaching for the test versus 'normal' teaching).
