A special feature of Apricot Week (June 14 - 19) are the seminars held on June 18 and 19 (Friday and Saturday). June 19 will feature two presentations by Tibor Lucskai (Apricot) on building reading skills with Phonics Learning.

  1. Part 1: Time: 1:30 - 2:30
  2. Part 2: Time: 3:00 - 4:00
After learning the necessary phonics rules through Apricot's Phonics Cards, students then focus on reading and writing using Work Books 1,2 and 3. Next students are encouraged to read out loud with the Reading Book and gradually understand the contents of the story. The presenter will focus mainly on the overview and process flow of phonics using Cards/CD, Workbook, and Apricot's newly released Reading Book. Both sessions today are in English, and target teachers of kindergarten and elementary school children.

    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
