Global mass poverty is a major economic problem for the world, yet it attracts relatively little attention in rich countries. Dr. Peter McCawley will discuss the inadequate response to the issue, including the impact of poverty on women in the developing world.
FEW is a non-profit networking organization for foreign women in Japan from all professional backgrounds.
