Sneak Preview of the JALT International Conference in Kitakyushu, Nov. 2-5

Speaker: Dan McCourt (University of Shimane); Joe Lauer (Hiroshima University); and Maria Trovela and Carol Fujii (Fukuyama University)
Description:
Three presentations that will be given at the JALT International Conference can also be seen here. First, McCourt will provide details about an exchange program he coordinated between a Korean University and his college, using Yahoo Groups. Then, Lauer will explain about a similar study he conducted, involving Blogs and e-mail exchanges with students at a Taiwanese college. Finally, Fuji and Trovela will speak about how students can evaluate their own oral participation in class.
