The 'Too Easy' Guide to Self-Publishing

Description:
This presentation will outline the steps in publishing material using a self-publishing site on the Internet. A live demonstration will be performed and ample time will be given to address any questions from participants during the course of the presentation. It will also take time to discuss the pros and cons of this type of self-publishing, in particular as compared to going through traditional publishing channels.

  3. Tell us what happens. I don't have MS Outlook on a Windows computer, so I can't test it.
  4. If you click on the icon and nothing happens, do this:
    1. Right-click on the icon and save the file.
    2. According to Microsoft's support page, in Outlook's File menu, you should click Import and Export.
    3. Click to select Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (*.vcs), and then click Next.
    4. Click to select the vCalendar file you've just saved, and then click Open.
