Teaching hints to utilize Songs and Chants. Classroom activities have an important role in the EFL classrooms. Many of the activities are recycled or changed to meet the purpose of the lesson. In our previous newsletters, TLC, we have had many interesting activities introduced by many teachers. In our next gathering we would like to pull out the entertaining but meaningful activities introduced in our back-number newsletters. Let's take this time to enjoy classroom activities by actually participating!! Participants are welcome to share their ideas and activities hints relating to the theme. Feel free to come and join us even you are not be able to contribute. Your participation will lead you to our future sharing.

In this gathering TLC, Vol. 12, No. 2 Resources and Activities, Vol.11, No. 3 Feelings will be used as our reference.

Part 1: Songs and chants are effective and fun way to experience English for all ages. Beautiful melodies and rhythmic sounds will stimulate studentsf senses and make learning easier. In this session we will share with you not only so ngs with movements but how to utilize songs thru worksheets and guide it to pr actice reading and writing. Also tips to managing the class and keeping the cl ass flow smooth using songs will be introduced.

Part:2: When foreign language is taught in classrooms, one of the effective ways to teach is to give children experience, and have them internalize what they have experienced. In this session, we will guide you how an instructor can create a situation to support children's learning by giving them the experience
