Description:
Ivan Botev, a Saitama City ALT instructor and a membership chair for the Saitama City Educators' association, will speak about career-building steps and opportunities and the ultimate goal for the majority of language teachers. Aurora Doshisha, the founder of the Filipino English Teachers Association in Japan (FETJ) and also head ALT for Warabi City, will share thoughts and opinions on why she deemed it necessary to found her organization, and the need for actively participating in such academic associations in order to promote yourself and build a successful career as a language teacher.
