ETJ Aichi:
Teaching for Christmas
Date: Sunday, November 17th, 2002 Time: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Speaker: Linda Donan, plus additional members' ideas
Description:
This workshop is devoted to Holiday Lesson Plans, with a few party ideas thrown in as well. Linda Donan will present several activities for Teaching For Christmas, including
why teachers should teach their EFL students about Christmas, and then we will have the chance to try out some of her Christmas crafts ourselves! In addition, some other members of ETJ-Aichi will bring in their own ideas to explain and share, and we will have the opportunity to find out more about these ideas. Although ETJ-Aichi is a group for those who teach English to children up through middle school in Aichi, Gifu, and Mie, the workshops are open to English teachers who teach all ages. Many of the ideas you will hear and see at ETJ workshops can easily be adapted for any age group.
